These guy are great. I have used them for 2 different jobs. Once for old carpet and flooring. They came quickly and... gave a good price. This last time, I called around. The crew came early and started work right away. They were polite, professional, and very diligent. They communicated... throughout the process and had all the tools and manpower needed to get the job done. The job included removing a 18 foot long by 12 foot high swing set that had 3 regular swings, 1 tire swing, a tree house and 10 foot slide attached. I called Van Go after getting a quote from another, more well-known junk removal company. The other company gave me a... very low estimate over the phone, but the number quadrupled when they came to the house. I spoke with Travis at Van Go, and he came to the house the same day to give me an estimate that was all-inclusive, with no hidden costs or add-ons, and was significantly less than the other company. They were flexible with timing, as I was working with a moving/closing date. They showed up exactly at the promised time, and the crew of 4 men was polite, worked quickly and carefully and were very accurate, which was important because many items were being left in the house. Also I was given a quote on the phone which was great since some junk removal services only give you a price once they’ve picked everything up and then you’re hit with a huge bill that you weren’t expecting. Said they had availability the next day and arrived right on time (they call you 30 minutes prior to arrival).
